At NZ Luggage Company, we want you to travel with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. If your new suitcase or accessory isn't the perfect fit for your next journey, we make the exchange and refund process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the request.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the luggage or accessory is unused with all original tags attached, then place it securely back in its original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location across New Zealand.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
